Bureau Of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms

1.5 oz Bulleit Bourbon

.75 oz Gran Classico Bitter

.5 oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth

1 dash liquid smoke

2 Dash Miracle Mile Sour Cherry Bitters

Stir, strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry

 

Birthday Cake

1.5 oz Bacardi Superior rum

.5 oz Zaya rum

.5 oz Frangelico

.75 oz Lemon Juice

2 spoons sugar

Shake, strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Garnish with a Lemon wheel

 

Malibu Stacy

2 oz Death’s Door Gin

.75 oz Orgeat

.75 ozĀ  Grapefruit Juice

.5 oz Lime Juice

.5 oz Marschino liqueur

Shake, strain into a collins glass, fill with crushed ice

Top with Perrier

Cover top with Peychaud Bitters

 

Sour Diesel

2 oz Corrido Blanco Tequila

.75 oz Green Chartreuse

.75 oz Lime Juice

.5 oz Dry Vermouth

3 dash Bitter Truth Celery Bitters

Shake, strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass

Garnish with Celery leaves
