LUCHA LIBRE

1.5 oz Encanto Pisco

.75 oz Del Maguey Vida Mezcal

.75 oz Lime Juice

.1 oz St. Vincent’s Peach-Violet-Lavender Syrup

Shake, strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Garnish with a lime wheel

 

MICHELADA

1 oz Del Maguey Vida Mezcal

.75 oz Lime Juice

.25 oz Agave nectar

12 dash Tapatio hot sauce

2 slices Tomatillo

Muddle Tomatillo with Agave

Add rest of ingredients and shake, strain over fresh ice in a salt and pepper rimmed Pilsner Glass

Top with Modelo Especial

Garnish with a Tomatillo wheel

 

LA PRESIDENTA

2 oz Corrido Blanco Tequila

1 oz Martini Bianco Vermouth

.25 Combier Orange Liqueur

1 barspoon of House Made POM Wonderful Grenadine *Recipe Below

Stir, strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Garnish with an orange twist

 

HORCHATA

1.5 oz Chinaco Reposado Tequila

.5 oz Flor De Cana 7 year Rum

2 oz Organic Almond Milk

.5 oz Agave nectar

1 dash The Bitter Truth Pimento Allspice Dram

Shake, strain over fresh ice in  a double rocks glass

Garnish with grated cinnamon

 

LA GRINGA

1.5 oz Chinaco Blanco Tequila

.75 oz Aperol

.75 oz Lemon Juice

.25 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

Shake, strain into a chilled Pernod Absinthe rinsed cocktail glass

Garnish with a lemon wheel

 

*House Made POM Wonderful Grenadine

Mix equal parts of POM Wonderful and sugar over low heat until uniform. Chill before mixing.

Keep Refrigerated for up to a month.
