1 oz Aviation Gin
.5 oz Maraschino
1 demerara sugar cube
Moet Imperial Champagne
Pour Maraschino and Gin over sugar cube in a Champagne flute or coup
Top with Champagne, stir EVER SO GENTLY, let sugar cube dissolve slowly

2 oz Encanto Pisco Acholado
.75 oz St. Germain
.5 oz Orgeat
.5 oz Lime juice
.5 oz Pineapple Juice
Dry shake (without ice) all ingredients and dump into a collins glass.
Fill with crushed ice, top with Peychaud’s bitters

1.25 oz Old Overholt Rye Whiskey
1.25 oz Hennessy VS Cognac
.75 oz Benedictine
2 Dash Fee Brothers Peach Bitters
2 Dash Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel Bitters
Stir, strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a thin peach slice

1.5 oz Jameson
.5 oz strong brewed Irish breakfast tea
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Black Licorice Brown sugar syrup *recipe below
2 dash Fee Brothers Old Fashioned bitters
Shake, strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass
garnish with black licorice
Black Licorice Brown Sugar Syrup
In a saucepan melt down 1 cup of Black Licorice in 1 cup of water. Once uniform, stir in .5 cup brown sugar until fully dissolved, or more if you want it very sweet. Bottle and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
