.5 oz Orgeat
.5 oz Lemon juice
.25 oz Gran Classico
2 dash Fee Bros. Rhubarb Bitters
Shake, strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass
Garnish with a lemon wheel
The King Of R&B
2 oz Hennessy VS Cognac
.75 oz Disaronno Amaretto
.5 oz Fernet Branca
Stir, strain onto a chilled cocktail glass
Top with Champagne
No Garnish
Armenian Melons
1.5 Encanto Pisco
.75 oz Midori
.5 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz Lime juice
.5 oz Orgeat
Shake, strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with Honeydew melon balls
It Works Every Time Punch
.5 cup sugar with zest of 1 entire lemon and 1 entire orange ( Muddle peels in sugar in a Punch Bowl, let rest for 1 hour before stirring in the rest of the ingredients)
1 liter Sailor Jerry spiced rum
1 cup Orange Juice
1 cup Pineapple Juice
.25 cups Lemon Juice
Agave nectar to taste
.75 cups water
Place Punch in fridge to chill
Remove before serving and add ice
Add Pineapple chunks and Orange slices
Top with a splash of Colt 45 on each individual serving.
