2 Kumquats
Muddle Kumquats, add rest of ingredients and shake, strain onto a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with half a kumquat skewered, facing up

1.5 oz Clement Rhum Agricole
1 oz Punt E Mes
.75 oz Gran Classico Bitter
2 dash Orange Bitters
Stir, strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with an Orange twist
Kahlo
2 oz Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
1 oz Lime Juice
.75 oz Orgeat
.75 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
.5 oz Green Chartreuse
Shake, strain over fresh ice in a collins glass
Top with Ginger Beer
Garnish with candied ginger and lime
Rothko
2 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
.5 oz Pineapple Juice
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Sour Cherry syrup
4 dash Angostura Bitters
Add bourbon, pineapple and lemon juice to the shaker, shake, strain over ice in a rocks glass. Float sour cherry syrup.
As the syrup falls to the bottom, cover top with bitters, creating themultilayered effect of a Rothko painting.
