.75 oz Maraschino Cherry Syrup
3 dash Angostura Bitters
Coca Cola
Build in a Collins glass, add Rye, Syrup and Bitters, top with crushed ice, swizzle.
Top with Cola, swizzle again until glass becomes frosty, top with more crushed ice.
Garnish with a lemon wheel

1.5 oz Tito’s Vodka
.5 oz Fernet Branca
.5 oz Milk
1 large scoop peppermint ice cream
Using a milk shake maker, combine all in a milk shake maker tin, blend for 8-10 seconds
(if not using a milk shake maker, whip gently with one ice cube)
Dump into Double Old Fashioned glass
Garnish with a Candy Cane

healthy squirt of Chocolate syrup
1 oz Milk
Soda
3 dash Bitter Tears Hibiscus-Rose bitters
Build in a Collins glass, line the glass with chocolate syrup a la chocolate martini style
Add ice, add rest of ingredients accept soda and stir
Top with soda, stir again

1.5 oz Encanto Pisco
.75 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz Orgeat
.5 oz Date Syrup*
Top with Banilla Foam*
Date Syrup:
In a sauce pan combine a half pound of Medjool dates with the pits removed with 2 cups of water
boil until dates become soft and broken down
Pour mixture into a blender with 2 cups sugar
puree until smooth and pourable, cool and bottle
Banilla Foam
In a large, chilled mixing bowl combine 2 cup of chilled banana juice with 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
add 1 Heaping spoon of Versa Whip, mix with a whisk or hand blender EXTREMELY well
Pour into an iSi Cream charger, charge TWICE before serving
